Initially, an executive director for interior design but later found his true passion in the art of cosplay. Sylar Serag has participated and won several EgyCons throughout the years. He often cosplays characters from famous video games like League of Legends and Monster Hunter Rise and is highly skilled in turning foam into full body armors. Some of his best-known cosplays are Bazelgeuse, GodKing Darius and Volibear.

Moreover, Sylar Serag has been a cosplay judge in various local events, hosted three cosplay making workshops, and also trained students in all fields of the cosplay industry (fabric, foam, leather, electric and mechanical gadgets).

Sylar Serag is stoked to be returning to MEFCC in 2024 and is eager to watch the cosplay magic unfold.
