Erim Cosplay (Eissa Bastaki) is a Cosplay Veteran and one of the key starters of the UAE’s Cosplay Community. Having a passion for Cosplay for years, Erim has been a focal point of the development and passing of the expertise of Cosplay since the before MEFCC even started, having organised and participated in small community gatherings and events in Dubai. This led him to participate in and win several cosplay competitions, which in turn got him a few cosplay judging gigs including MEFCC 2022, and eventually led to him participating in and winning the WCS 2023 Team UAE Qualifiers, where he represented the UAE alongside fellow cosplayer, Alex Can Cosplay, at the WCS 2023 Championship finals in Nagoya.
