BIOGRAPHY

Grant is best known for his leading role as Barry Allen on the hit series, “The Flash,” which ran for 9 seasons on The CW Network.

Grant recently made his Broadway debut in the original musical “Water for Elephants,” which received 7 Tony nominations including “Best Musical.” He stars in the show as Jacob Jankowski in the musical, which is based on Sara Guen’s 2006 novel. The show opened to rave reviews and became an instant NEW YORK TIMES Critics Pick. The reviews were especially favorable to Gustin with THE NEW YORK TIMES calling him “dashing” and NEW YORK STAGE REVIEW calling his performance “unshowily stellar.”

Gustin starred as the titular role in The CW’s “The Flash” from when it first premiered on October 14, 2014 until its final episode on May 24, 2023. VARIETY noted Grant’s portrayal of Barry as “instantly likable” with SCREENRANT writing that the “series finale serves as a testament to how Gustin captured so many hearts as the Scarlet Speedster.” He shot to fame shortly before playing "Sebastian," in Ryan Murphy’s Golden Globe winning series, “Glee”. Other notable onscreen appearances include “Supergirl”, “Arrow”, and “90210."
